A Guide for New Parents.

I remember bringing my baby home after two nights at the hospital. She cried a lot during those first few nights and had trouble sleeping. I felt like a terrible mom, unsure of what to do until I realized she was hungry and not getting enough milk from me. For the first month, I tried supplementing with formula, and eventually transitioned to formula feeding until she turned one. As a first-time mom, I had no experience in caring for a newborn, but thankfully, my mother-in-law was there to assist me with everything from feeding to bathing and beyond. It made me realize the importance of asking for help and taking care of myself during the postpartum stage. There is no denying that being a mom is tough and can take a toll on our physical and emotional well-being. It is vital to prioritize self-care by resting as much as possible and nourishing our bodies with nutritious food. The recovery process from a normal delivery can vary from woman to woman, but it took me around 2-4 weeks to fully recover.

As a new mom, I wanted to share some of the life-saving products that have been incredibly helpful to me. Additionally, I highly recommend using Huckleberry, a fantastic app that provides invaluable guidance and even provides personalized recommendations for naps, feeds and sleep training. It tracks your baby's sleep habits, offers schedule suggestions, and helps you understand your little one's needs better.
